In October 2010 my girlfriend taught me how to make a tutu. We made cute little orange tutus with green trim, took our daughters to the pumpkin patch and took about 200 photos of them. Since then, tutus have been somewhat of a theme for my daughter’s milestone photo shoots. For her 2nd birthday (which is coming up) I found this adorable tutu swim suit at baby gap and made the peach tutu to match. Now she is ready to model her full Spring fashion line – complete with matching sunglasses.
My friend Kristen hired us last year to do her pregnancy shoot; since then I have not only photographed her daughter’s milestones but we have become really great friends. Kristen is doing a hot pink and zebra theme for her daughter’s first birthday and when I heard this, I instantly knew that she needed a tutu to match!
